Terms of Service — Draft

Submitting an idea does not guarantee feasibility, acceptance, delivery, exclusivity or a development contract. Project scope, payment milestones, intellectual-property ownership, support, hosting and any independence/buyout arrangements will be defined in a separate signed agreement before paid work begins.

Before launch: Have local counsel finalize the customer agreement, refund conditions and any proposed $5,000 buyout provision. No payment is collected by this starter website.
